Dear Friends

God is doing great things this month as we go through the different groups meeting for prayer conventions. People’s lives are being transformed. These are just some of the reports on what God is doing.

Harare South East Province
About 450 elders gathered at Waterfalls International Christian Centre for a unique elders prayer convention, with Overseers Cosmas and Angeline Chabarwa as speakers. Powerful teachings were delivered to the elders where emphasis was made on the need for the church to go back to those years were the angel was seen for over 20 years standing with our father whenever he was preaching, that elders need to confess and cleanse themselves before the Lord. The elders were also reminded of Baba’s teachings that they are Levites, Baby Minders and Local Leaders. Elders were camping at the venue throughout the convention. There was a mighty move of the Holy Spirit, most elders poured their lives to the Lord, confessing to God receiving counselling from the pastors and overseers.  Four elders gave their lives to Christ and rededicated their lives to the Lord. A man was seen in a vision standing with the Overseer as he was preaching. There was a mighty visitation on Sunday, the last day of the convention. After powerful testimonies by the elders about how the convention had changed the lives of the elders, there was worship. The presence of the Lord came in a mighty way. The whole congregation was slain onto the floor and there was deep fellowship in the presence of the Lord. Later all elders scrambled to the front to be laid hands on by the overseers. Another elder was shown a vision when the Overseer was handed the microphone by the apostle and servant of God as people were scrambling to be laid hands on. There was no preaching thereafter as the Lord had already ministered to His people. Glory be God.

Let’s hear the results of prayers around the world:

St Kitts
Another wonderful week  of seeing the grace of God on the island. Ladies Tuesday prayer kicked off powerfully this week with 4 local ladies in attendence.  This week only two Bible study groups met. A handful of young people are opening up and this is presenting an opportunity to counsel them using the Word of God, thereby allowing them to draw closer to God. The leaders of the church are so engaged and willing to serve . This Sunday they brought more eats than usual. People stayed in church long after service had finished,  just having fellowship and the eats. One gentleman who visited said he feels that this is his church. We have set an appointment to meet him during the week. Attendence was 22 locals this Sunday. The Warde family continues to give feedback from the deeper life conferences.  We are finding this so powerful and touching to the locals.  We are trusting God for a powerful prayer convention this coming weekend.

Nevis
This Sunday attendance was 30 having 7 regular adults absent due to work. 11 people have given their lives to Christ during the Lunch Hour Ministries which is now yielding fruit. Pastors Chris and Sesie are doing Family Therapy to reconcile parents and children who don’t see eye to eye and God is faithfully restoring. Testimonies of what God is doing:
  • When pastors visited a believer in hospital 3 weeks ago they also prayed for another patient who got healed and he came to church last week.
  • One man who was a habitual marijuana and drug taker is now completely delivered.
  • One mother and her children were delivered from the spirit of unforgiveness. They came together at the mission house as a family. After therapy they were crying, hugging and forgiving each other after 16 years of family animosity.

Barbados
The church is moving on! We give glory to the God of our father Ezekiel.  Indeed we are seeing the grace of God.  Mid-week services had good attendance.  Believers are growing in the spirit of prayer. Our Sunday service had an attendance of 38 people including 8 children.  After praise and worship, God graced us with His presence.  The Holy Spirit moved and the sanctuary was heavily saturated with the thick and glorious presence of the Lord. People were bubbling fervently in tongues. There was a word from the Lord that ‘FIF Ministry would become a beacon in the nation’. The church had a wonderful time of fellowship with eats and drinks after service. A little girl testified that after prayers, her father who is in jail, had his sentence  reviewed and lessened. He will be now coming out much earlier than the initial sentence.

Miami
Miami for Jesus!  We enjoyed spending time in the presence of God at the Mission house during prayer convention pouring out our hearts before God. We thank God for conviction of sin, cleansing and revelation. Testimonies were full of praising God for results on prayer. Some got clear directives from God. A steady number of 8 met during the convention. Sunday had an attendance of 9 at the retirement home and 14 at the mission house including baby Amaya. One lady received Christ. We thank the God of Ezekiel for being with us during this prayer convention. Thank you all for the fervent prayers.

Swaziland

We would like to thank the God of our father Archbishop E H Guti  for powerful prayer convention camp which was Rich in “faith clinic”, counselling and devotion. The National Pastors’ Prayer Convention was highly blessed by the coming of Bishop E. Soko from South Africa who shared the word. The prayer ended with a great National gathering were Bishop E Soko introduced on behalf of the Archbishop, the first Bishop of Swaziland after 26 years, Bishop Philile Mwanyare. People marveled and were filled with tears of joy. The word was followed by a Holy Spirit Session were many people were healed and filled with the Holy Ghost. Glory be to God. We thank our father Archbishop E. H. Guti for remembering our nation as we feel the warmth of our new Bishop.

Bahrain
The God of our father is giving us grace in Bahrain. On Tuesday we had our weekly cell group, 17 adults and 3 children attended. We received a teaching on prayer from Guidance and examples of a praying church in preparation for the forth coming believers prayer convention. On Friday we had 23 adults and 5 children who attended the service. 6 people received Jesus Christ and this included a couple and their 2 children. After the church service we were invited to a fellowship by one of our members. Thank you for your prayers.

Western Australia
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel for life transforming Leadership Prayer Conventions held in 2 locations in Western Australia from 8 – 10 June. In Perth a total of 57 leaders came together whilst in Bunbury 14 leaders attended. At first people were hesitant but after the teaching on Thursday night, most of the leaders got the revelation and started going through the “faith clinics” where they emptied their hearts out and received one on one counseling. Wounds were healed, unforgiveness and offenses were dealt with and there was great emotional healing and deliverance afterwards. At the end of the Leaders Prayer Convention there was a prophetic word which was confirmed by several people which said,”God is opening a new chapter, a fresh page in the lives of the leaders and in His work in Western Australia.” There was joy unspeakable as people got slain in the spirit during the Holy Spirit session on Saturday night and the leaders went back home revived as clean vessels ready to move the work of God to another level. We want to thank our father Apostle E.H. Guti for hearing from His God and for the vision of “faith clinics” which came at the right time to cleanse and restore leaders and indeed the church shall never be the same again.

Belize
Due to the USA deeper life conference to be held later this month, we did our believers prayer convention this 8-11 June and we saw the hand of God. Believers were hungry to pray as some even camped until Sunday morning. On Friday 25 people attended, Saturday 30 and Sunday 44. We also had time to do one on one counseling and deliverance. We saw the hand of God as people poured out their lives before God and deep deliverance took place. On Sunday there was an out pouring of the Holy Spirit. It was awesome to see people swimming in the presence of God. Surely the faith clinic left our church with a sweet smelling aroma.

UAE

We thank God for the vision that he gave His Servant. We are also grateful for the prayers of the Apostle and Servant of God, which have seen the church in UAE going strong! For the first time, the Pastors in the Middle East held a successful Prayer Convention. They camped by themselves for three days. They comprised pastors from Oman, Dubai & Abu Dhabi. The pastors practiced everything that our father wrote in the letter concerning faith clinic – pouring out their hearts to God, confessing to God and to each other. They experienced a powerful time in the presence of God and left feeling revived and ready to help others in the following prayer conventions, lined up this month. We thank God for directing His servant to allow the pastors such an opportunity.

A successful national council meeting was also held on Friday, with 94 delegates thronging the capital city, Abu Dhabi, to plan the work of God. These comprised pastors, elders and deacons from Al-Ain, Dubai, and the hosts, Abu Dhabi.  The church is going strong in our nation, glory to the God of our father!

TEACHING:    PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

The Word of God does not taste good when a person is not praying. When you are not a prayerful person you can’t enjoy the word of God. It’s like sadza with vegetables that don’t have salt. It’s tasteless. The word of God without prayer can not work in us. Every leader has to be prayerful. Prayer is the “glue” for the believer to stay in church. It’s prayer that causes us to be near God. Believers will not come in and leave the church. The “glue” is prayer and people will stay in church. Praying and reading the Word of God is very important to the believer. Prayerlessness will cause people to leave the church because there will be “glue” that holds people in the church. Prayerlessness is also the reason believers become cold. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
