Apostles Update Week 41

Dear Friends,
Pastor Nqobile Maziriri from Zimbabwe was on the gospel platform this Sunday sharing on “Activating God’s Word for your Miracle”. She anchored her message on the truth that whenever the Word of God is spoken a miracle is inevitable. We need to apply or activate the Word of God in our lives. It has the power to create something out of nothing and through the power in His name she commanded sickness to go and situations to turn around. She quoted that “the purpose of miracles is to encourage us to believe” according to Professor E. H. Guti in his book “Life of Miracles”.
We want to thank the God of our Father Apostle E. H. Guti for showing Himself strong here in Morocco. Forward in Faith Morocco is marching on. This week we managed to open two face to face Bible Study groups. The first group had 10 people in attendance and the second one had 6 people in attendance. We are also continuing with our online Bible Study every Wednesday to accommodate others who are not able attend face to face Bible Studies. We had a life changing Sunday service as our Pastors continue to teach the church about the Kingdom of God. Total attendance on Sunday was 30, 27 adults and 3 Children. After the service 7 believers were baptised in water. This is the first water Baptism conducted in Morocco. We give all the glory to God. Thank you very much for your much needed prayers.
The work of God is growing on our island. Some testimonies are that a lady had requested prayer at her business premises and over and above that God also touched her physical body as she felt a difference. Another had been long awaiting a phone call for a house and as she was prayed for the call came through. We continue with our regular weekly events with good attendance and this week we celebrated with our Deacon on his 23rd birthday. We continue to pray for missionaries to be sent to us, for the growth of FIFMI St Maarten and for favour with God and man for our church building.
We want to thank God for a blessed week. Midweek prayers are continuing with few individuals logging in and the pastoral team continues to make a strong follow up on believers encouraging them and praying for them online. Some of our believers are getting jobs through prayer. The believers are benefiting from the teachings from the books written by our father thus imparting doctrine. On Sunday we had time to fellowship with believers and a prophetic Word was preached which left believers strengthened and having a sense of belonging to their church. We also thank God for the international Sunday service; testimonies are coming through of how the faith of believers has been lifted.
We bless the name of the Lord for His faithfulness in our nation as we continue with our morning devotion which is bringing testimonies in people’s lives. The midweek services were well attended as we saw a number of people logging in for Monday prayer. What a blessed Sunday we had full of the presence of God with powerful Praise and Worship and powerful Word which made the church to continue worshiping in the Spirit for some time. We thank God for answering your prayers this week we had 49 people, we give glory to God. After our service we had time to listen to the international Sunday service which was power packed. Thank you for your prayers for our nation.
St Kitts- Our weekly meetings continue to see growth with the grace of God. Wise men increased from 3 men to 7 men and they look forward to more growth in Christ. Tuesday prayer was powerful and our Pastors continue to meet with members and visitors during counselling sessions. Our Sunday service was powerful as the Holy Spirit moved during praise and worship, which was followed by a powerful Word. We welcomed 4 new Elders and 8 new Deacons who were ordained in the assembly. Our attendance was 41 including 5 visitors and we give glory to God.
NevisOur Pastors reached out through our Community Television Nevis TV to share a Word of encouragement and share with listeners what Forward in Faith Ministries is all about.  Sunday worship was powerful with a total of 20 in attendance. We pray for an increase in membership and that participation by the youth and children will increase.
We are very thankful to the God of our father, Professor Ezekiel H. Guti that all our mid-week services were conducted as planned. We also bid farewell to Bishops J & G Chikwawawa and Overseers Z & C Marurarma who went back to the United Kingdom and USA respectively. The church in Jamaica was blessed to have them and to receive zoom online teachings for the entire duration. Our Sunday service was via zoom and Overseer Ed Chizeya taught powerfully on Missions since October is our final month of working Missions. 34 participants joined the service including some people from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Barbados and USA. The church had the opportunity to listen to Pastor N. Maziriri's preaching on the International Sunday live broadcast after church. We thank you for all the prayers for FIF Jamaica.
The 2020 USA Women’s Conference held from Thursday October 1 - 3 under the Theme “Empowering Women To Flourish” kicked off on a very high note. Attendance ranged from 170 to 320 gadgets logged in. Bishop Bertha Nduna (South Africa), Overseer Eunice Matsikenyere (Zimbabwe) and Overseer Cecelia Zezani (UK) all taught powerful life altering messages. Dr Cathy Marurama showcased our brand new USA conference center on video. The center is Beautiful. We are all in awe of this amazing God we serve.
To add icing on the cake, our mother Dr. Eunor asked Dr. La-Verne Simukai to speak on her behalf. As if that was not enough we also heard an audio message from our mother Dr Eunor and a Blessing from our father Prof E.H. Guti to wrap up our wonderful conference. What an incredible honor!
People of God, USA Women will never be the same again!
Western Canada Province had a power-packed Kingdom Wealth Creation Conference and vibrant testimonies encouraged us to work Talents according to the Word of God and to be smart risk takers when it comes to our business ideas. Our local elders were the speakers.  People were delivered from problems of procrastination and fear to start businesses. Several ladies testified they were delivered from problems of laziness, doubt and worry and were inspired to start new businesses in faith to provide for their families. The average attendance was 44. Lives are being transformed in Canada.
This past weekend the women of the United Kingdom were being empowered at their conference with the theme “Kingdom Woman Empowered to Prosperity”. The range of attendance was from 484 to 687 gadgets. Women were taught on Respect that brings godliness by Bishop Prisca Soko, other powerful speakers also taught and we were graced by our very own Mother Apostle Dr. Eunor Guti and Dr. La-Verne Simukai. Apostle Eunor reminded us that women we are the backbone of the church and if the backbone is strong everything functions very well. Dr La-Verne Simukai continued from where our mother left off and deliverance started taking place. To sum it all our Father Archbishop Dr. Ezekiel Guti at the end of the conference blessed us. We are still receiving testimonies and many are saying they have been transformed by the Word that was spoken throughout the conference.
We are so grateful to the God of our Father Archbishop Professor. E. H. Guti for enabling us to host a successful combined Middle East Deeper Life and Believers Convention 2020. On Saturday history was made in the Middle East, with the first batch of 78 AMFCC part-time graduates being virtually capped by Dr. Joe Guti marking the first of many batches of AMFCC part-time graduates being moulded in the Middle East. While General Overseer, Dr. A Gudyanga was praying for the saints, one person who has been having a throat problem was instantly healed and many people are testifying of how God touched their lives during this conference. Attendance was ranged 500- 600 per service and a total of 14 people gave their lives to Christ throughout the conference. We also had the opportunity to partake Holy Communion in our homes.
We are glad to announce of two new assemblies established on 11 and 14 October 2020. At the first assembly we had an attendance of 27 people including few of our members who came to support. 7 people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. It was very exciting since it was also our first day to have a face to face physical gathering since March Lockdown. Two people were delivered from demon oppression and another lady was healed of a back pain. On Sunday we had a powerful service and there was much joy at church. We had an attendance of 26 people and 6 souls were won for Jesus Christ. We are asking for your prayers for the new churches to get the doctrine of FIFMI and the Word of God to spread throughout the entire nation.
The youth are currently hosting a Youth for the Nations quiz which started in September with 16 nations from all around the globe on the church’s Facebook and YouTube which has enriched them concerning church history and the books written by our Father Apostle E.H. Guti. This weekend saw the start of the Word Festival which has brought about revival and revelations in many aspects of the believers lives despite the second lockdown, and having church online again. Some testimonies are that some felt restoration and healing, others experienced the refilling of the Holy Spirit and a change of heart in areas they had backslidden. This was a life changing and prophetic weekend to the church with International delegates from many countries also joining.

When we gather together we normally say we need to confess as James 5:16 says. We confess Father God forgive me today I spoke in harsh words, I scolded somebody or I was angry because something was done to me, forgive me and then we pray. After we have finished the prayer, I go home I continue with my system of scolding people, emotional tempers, tantrums then I wait again for the next Tuesday to go and say father God forgive me for what I did. The following week again I do the same but during the week I don’t deal with the things that have caused me to confess. This is not how it is supposed to be. When I confess I should also work on not repeating the same mistakes.........TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
