Dear Friends

What a mighty God we serve!  Here in Barbados, the new baby is making huge strides.  We are witnessing a mighty move of God.  There is a steady increase of attendance from the local people.    From Thursday till Sunday, we had a powerful weekend of Revival and Restoration where the attendance was; Thursday Evening 5 local adults, Friday Evening 7 local adults, Saturday Evening 11 local adults with one child, Sunday morning 13 local adults with one child and Sunday evening 26 local adults with child. There was prophecy, deliverance from generational curses and stagnation.  People are already starting to witness and enjoy kingdom life from the testimonials given.  The church chairman said baba gave him a monetary gift before he left.  To his surprise, the next day when he counted the  money, it had  multiplied!  The church secretary who is a business woman, testified that ever since the servants of God stepped into her shop, her business has been on the rise.  A young lady testified that she has never had a job. However, since she joined the church, she recently got a job.
Teaching on the Kingdom of God continues with strong emphasis on grounding the church in the word of God. We are continuing to see great joy during times of Praise and Worship.  Thank you for your prayers.  Please continue to pray with us for the registration of the church and the continuing Revival and Restoration weekend.

St Kitts
We thank the God of our father Ezekiel for giving us a venue in a suitable place. This Sunday was our first time at the venue and we witnessed the hand of God. We had 25 locals and 8 received Jesus Christ.

  • One elderly woman was moved when the song coming down was sang by pastor David, she later remarked that she was trying to be strong, not wanting to cry
  • A lady who gave her life to Christ promised that she would bring he niece next Sunday for she said Forward In Faith was now her home.
  • A lady who received Christ when our father was here in August brought her mother and the mother confirmed that Forward in Faith is now her home. She even said today I will sleep well singing in my dreams, she was over joyed and she said I have never felt like this for a long time she continued saying please next week come and pick me up.

Surely this is the God of Ezekiel. Great deliverance took place in the service. We continue to give glory to the God of our father

Nevis News
FIFMI Nevis continues to thrive as our father and our mother planted the seed. We continue to run with the buckets of water believing God for growth ( “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.” 1 Corinthians 3:6 KJV). The church is enjoying teachings on the kingdom of God.  On Monday we had prayer meeting attend by 12 locals. On Wednesday we has an interview on the local radio station. We thank the God of our father who gave us the opportunity to advertise the gospel revival concert which took place over the weekend. It was also an opportunity to market the church to the community.

The Gospel Revival Concert.
After a strong advertisement of the gospel concert, it kicked off on a high note by the team holding an open air test drive at the square. On Friday the attendance was 23, on Saturday 78 with 3 giving their lives to God and Sunday attendance was 17 with locals 2 giving their lives to Jesus.
After the Sunday service we crossed over to St Kitts to support them launching at a new venue, 8 locals Nevisians accompanied us surely this is God who can do it. Thank you all for your support and prayers for the Gospel Concert Nevis will never be the same. FIFMI has become the talk of the town.

Bahrain
On Wednesday the 7th of December 2016, Dr Jonathan Gocha and Dr. Richardson Mafuriranwa landed in Bahrain knowing only the contact of a girl who is already a ZAOGAFIF member and who works there. Through a vigorous one one on one soul winning campaign and social media evangelism, we managed to contact as many people as we could and on Friday 9 December 2016, we relaunched the Forward in Faith Bahrain Church (as a social gathering in the coffee shop of the hotel where we are staying) with a record attendance of 16 people inclusive of ourselves.
On Sunday the 11th of December 2016, we have had our second church service with an attendance of 14 people. It was refreshing to hear the wonderful testimonies from the new members as they testified how grateful they are for their new found church.
The God of Ezekiel has done it again; and we are proud to report that a new Forward in Faith Church has been born in the kingdom of Bahrain. Amen.
We are now busy visiting the new believers in their homes as well as trying to secure a meeting venue as well as making the preliminary efforts to get the church officially registered.

Miami
This week we have been so blessed to have Apostle and Amai Mpanduki with us. We had bible study at the retirement home Wednesday with 14 attending. Thursday we had 7 attending bible study with the Mpanduki’s. Friday night prayer we were 6. The Sunday service at the retirement was attended by 6 peole. 12 attended the Sunday Service at the mission house. Apostle Mpanduki gave a powerful teaching on discipleship. We are pressing into the Kingdom of God and are very excited. Two more souls were added to the Kingdom of God. We thank God for this church

Jamaica
We praise God for enabling us to hold all our mid-week services. Our attendance is really improving during the mid-week. A sister received Christ as her Lord and personal Saviour on Thursday. Saturday night our Praise and Worship team went to sing at a Gospel Concert organized by Covenant of God International and received a Certificate of Appreciation after a powerful presentation. Sunday morning 60 people attended church and 34 people attended the night service. One sister made a commitment to fellowship with FIFMI Portmore. Glory to the God of Ezekiel Guti.
Some of the testimonies:

  • An Elder testified that he never really knew the man that Baba Guti was until after he had left Jamaica.  He is glad that Baba Guti did not take away his God but left Him in Jamaica because He is such a real God experienced in all our services.
  • Another Elder testified that when she first came to FIFMI and heard people saying the God of Ezekiel she became very adamant until she received teachings and personal experience with the God of this church. Today she is proud of this God of Ezekiel.

A sister testified that her life has been transformed drastically for the better and her prayer life has been greatly improved. She resisted for a long time to become our member but she is now happy to be part of this church that is filled with love. She promised to invite more people because she does not want to be selfish but allow others to tap into these blessings promised to our father Ezekiel Guti by his God whilst in America after he finished school.
Thank you for praying for Jamaica.

New Zealand National Youth Conference
We give glory to the God of our father Ezekiel for a powerful and life transforming youth conference held in Auckland, New Zealand from the 8th-11th of December. Youths from the whole of Asia Pacific countries including Australia, Tonga and Samoa attended the conference. Bythe grace of God New Zealand youth sponsored two youth from Tonga to attend the conference by paying for their visa applications and air ticket.
We had powerful preaching from our international guest speakers Pst Joseph and Lucynda Dhlakama together with our local speakers. Great healing and deliverance took place. There was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Saturday night. More than 40 youths were refilled with the Holy Spirit. Some youth saw visions and others prophesied. One brother saw a vision of rivers of water flowing in the Pacific and New Zealand and the Holy Spirit said many youth are going to be used to bring about revival to Asia-Pacific region, including New Zealand. Several youth rededicated their lives to Christ. Many youths were delivered from various bondages and addictions. Some who were in ungodly relationships testified that they had broken the relationships after the preaching of the word. We believe that our lives will never be the same again after such a powerful conference. Glory to the God our father Ezekiel.

TEACHING:    PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

2 Chronicles 32:1 “After these deeds of faithfulness, Sennacherib king of Assyria came and entered Judah; he encamped against the fortified cities, thinking to win them over to himself.”
Why didn’t God stop Sennacherib? You may ask why are you letting something bad happen to me now after working talents? Hezekiah didn’t complain. When opposition comes after being faithful, you need to be on your knees to read the word and pray not to complain because the Kingdom of God suffers violence. You need to take by violence the good things of the land that you have been promised. Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” What is your hope? What are you hoping for? Because what you hope for is what you will receive. Our hope is to eat the good things of the land because that’s what we’ve been promised. What you are hoping for you will receive but it will not come on a silver platter..TO BE CONTINUED…God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
