Dear Friends

It’s finally happening, the Mbuya Dorcas Maternity ward opened its doors this January. The first baby, a girl, was delivered January 10, 2016. Glory to God in the highest. Since then a total of 7 babies, 3 boys and 4 girls have been delivered with 2 of them being Ceasarian sections in the new theatre. The middle name of the first baby is “DORCAS” in honor of the name of the hospital which was named in honor of “Mbuya Dorcas”, the mother of the servant and Apostle of God. She played an outstanding role by telling him about the lake of fire for sinners that she heard from a missionary preacher. This led him to seek God and here we are many many years later with churches all over the world and this magnificent hospital amongst other things.  We truly serve an awesome God. Many women are coming to register so they can deliver their babies in this new state of the art facility. Thank you for continuing to pray for this vision.

Meanwhile church is happening in the different nations:

Dominican Republic

Thank you for your prayers that are keeping us strong, the church is moving. We now have three cell groups which is two  in Alcarrizo and  one in Pedro Brand.  On  Friday evening we had a powerful service with good attendance of 14 local people. On our Sunday services attendance in Alcarrizo was 18 people and in Pedro Brand 14, because it was raining. We need a good meeting place in Pedro Brand so we can continue to build the believers. Please pray that God will supply the finances for us to have a place.

Jamaica

There is great joy in the church. Every service is punctuated by a heavy presence of the Holy Spirit. We give glory to the God of our father. This past week went as follows: Our Monday prayer group was attended by 9 members; 7 ladies attended Tuesday prayer while 4 men attended men of integrity the same day; 32 members attended Wednesday Bible Study; 36 members attended Friday service.  61 members attended Sunday Morning Service and 3 people received Christ as their Lord and Saviour while 29 members attended the Sunday Night service which was full of fire so much that some remained behind praying in tongues after church. Here are some the testimonies:
  • A lady testified that before coming to FIFMI Portmore she could not sleep because of spiritual attacks but now she is free because of the God of Ezekiel.
  • Another lady spoke of how things in her life used to hinder her from truly serving the Lord and only received her break-through on Saturday when the Evangelist led her husband to receiving Christ. On Sunday the husband attended church and is ready for water baptism.
  • Another lady testified of how her baby was having a serious cough for 3 weeks. She brought the baby to be prayed for and she received instant healing.
  • A brother testified that the teachings of FIFMI have taught him to be patient because he used to be short tempered.
  • A lady testified of how her life was stagnant before she came to FIFMI and now since she started to attend this church things have totally changed and she feels very free even in her body.
  • A number of people testified that they feel acceptance in FIFMI becaused they are given time to testify, sing and even to lead the services.
We really know that all this is happening because of your prayers to God for our nation. Praise the God of Ezekiel Guti.

Sweden

We thank the God of Ezekiel the church here in Sweden is moving on. On Sunday we had a very powerful message about the kingdom of God which was followed by the demonstration of power as people were prayed for. The total number of attendance was 27 people including 8 children and one visitor. Thank you for your prayers as we continue to believe for greater things in 2016 here in Sweden.

Netherlands

On Sunday we witnessed the mighty hand of God in Enschede. We were 8 adults and 6 children. The adults included a Dutch couple who expressed interest to continue fellowship with us. The service was power packed and full of love. We got a powerful word of encouragement on the yoke of Christ. One woman came during altar call seeking the fruit of the womb. She received a prayer and we believe that God has given her and her husband as many children as they would want.

This week:

  1. A. Pray for the Servant and Apostles of God, Prof Ezekiel & Dr. Eunor Guti that God continues to give them supernatural strength.
    B. Pray for Baba & Amai as they prepare for the National Council to be held this Wednesday February 10, 2016.
    C. Pray that God opens the doors for the nations that He is sending Baba & Amai to this year.
  2. Pray for the National Council to be held this Wednesday February 10, 2016 at AMFCC Harare, Zimbabwe, that people will catch the vision and understand what Baba says so they are able to relay the same message to the rest of the church. Pray for journey mercies as people from around Zimbabwe and back.
  3. Praise God for the inspection of the ZEGU faculty of law that went well. Pray for favor as we await the response.
  4. Pray for ZEGU talents that people’s hearts are stirred and that no one misses working talents so as to be above the economic situation. People need to understand the message on the kingdom of God.
  5. Pray for God’s grace to prevail in your nation.

TEACHING:    PART OF BABA & AMAI’S MESSAGE

How to fight doubt:

2 Cor 10:4-5. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,”

As the ten days prayer letter says “Stronghold means where the power of the flesh is hiding. The war in the mind”. Whatever our mind decides, Prov 23:7a “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.” The war is in my mind. Weapons are not carnal but mighty to pull strongholds. The strongholds are in the mind. We are to pull down strongholds using those weapons. The weapons are mighty, they are stronger than the strongholds. The word of God is stronger than any stronghold and the power in the blood of Jesus is stronger than the strongholds. So I need to use the word of God. When Mr doubt wants to creep in I say, “no Mr doubt, the word of God says this.. and what the word of God says is going to happen because God is not man what he should lie. Whatever he has spoken has come to pass so Mr doubt you have no place here.” What does the word of God say: Jesus was sent into the wilderness by the Holy Spirit to be tempted – satan came into his mind and said “if you are the Son of God command this stone to become bread”.  Jesus takes a strong weapon to pull down the stronghold and uses it saying “Man shall not live by bread alone…”  The word of God is the strongest weapon. The devil takes him to a high mountain and the pinnacle of the temple. Again Jesus says “it is written…” Jesus uses the weapon of the word of God that is stronger than the stronghold coming to his mind. He even says, Get behind me Satan – get away from me!

Weapons are mighty to pull down strongholds. Pulling down strongholds that want us to doubt the word of God and not to receive what we are supposed to receive. When something you fought is coming again you use the word of God and at the end you say “Devil I command you to get out of my mind, pack all your things and get out in the name of Jesus!” Children might ask who you are talking to, tell them you are talking to the devil. Scriptures then say, then Satan left Jesus for a while ……TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
