Apostles Update Week 44

Dear Friends,
Happy 62nd Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!!
We thank the Lord God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti who gave us the grace to gather again in person after a long time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We resumed our services last week with six people in attendance. We had one mid-week service and the Pastors had time to do street witnessing. This week's Sunday service was overwhelming with ten people in attendance. Pastor Sibett taught on the importance of the word of God during Bible study time. Pastor Truth shared on the subject of Faith. It was a joy to see some of the first fruits loving the Lord, indeed the seed planted by the Apostles of Jesus Christ will never die. We are believing God for more souls to be added to the kingdom of God.
We would like to give glory to the God of our Father, Apostle Professor Ezekiel Guti, for the grace and favour that located us as a nation. We welcomed our short-term missionaries, Pastors Thembinkosi and Priscilla Mupangeri on the 3rd of November 2022. On Friday we had a power-packed service, with 21 people in attendance. Pastor Priscilla preached about the importance of fellowship, under the theme ‘The Power of Prayer’. There was a great move of the power of God after the preaching as the Pastors prayed for people who were having various issues. On Sunday, we had an attendance of 32 people. Pastor Thembinkosi preached a powerful message under the theme ‘The Kingdom of God is from Generation to Generation.’ Indeed, we witnessed the power of the Kingdom of God, as the Pastors ministered healing and deliverance during the altar call. After the service, we had a love feast as the congregation fellowshipped with the Pastors and one another. Surely Malaysia will not be the same again.
We give glory and honor to the God of Ezekiel for His mighty hand which is surely being seen in Mauritius. Last week we had a week of prayer and fasting that concluded with a Friday prayer night termed ‘Ignite Night’, during which the church was completely absorbed in the spirit of prayer. Attendance was 26 adults and 7 kids. Pastor Elvis Chinyere shared the word of God and the Holy Spirit ministered to the different needs of individuals. Sunday was an equally amazing session where Pastor Ruvimbo ministered on the Kingdom of God. In attendance were 43 Adults and 12 kids including 1 visitor. Testimonies were given of healings that took place during the Friday prayer and during the week over the phone. At the end of October, the ladies managed to have an online breast cancer awareness event with 11 gadgets logged in. Thank you for continuing to pray for us, as we are believing God for more locals to be added to the church.
The God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti is very faithful. We saw the power of being sent. When our father commissioned us to visit the Francophone nations in Central Africa he sent the team with his spirit of love. This missionary voyage covered Lubumbashi, Kinshasa (DRC), Congo Brazzaville, Central Africa Republic (CAR), Rwanda, Burundi and Chad. We did not manage to reach Gabon as intended. We witnessed a great revival of the vision and churches in all countries. Believers and Pastors were filled with joy as they accepted our assignments. DRC churches in Kasumbalesa, Kolwezi, Lubumbashi and Kinshasa are thriving and expanding. The Team taught and established church structures. Women were taught and encouraged to carry the burden with our Father. We crossed the Congo river by boat to Congo Brazzaville.  A new vibrant church was born and we secured a mission house. 18 souls received Christ and committed to join the FIFMI Family.
Believers in CAR received us with great joy. The zeal to do good was very encouraging. 5 souls came to Christ. We prayed for one young man who was unable to speak and he received his speech. In Chad, some of our believers were affected by floods that they could not attend service. A war between soldiers and rebels has also erupted, let’s pray for the sustenance of our believers and missionaries.
The church in Rwanda is very alive and grounded. About 6 Tent Maker families are making a difference. In Bujumbura, Burundi we saw the God of Ezekiel at work. We prayed for the owner of the hotel where we were lodging and he was healed of paralysis. We secured the mission house and church venue. Attendance in that brand new church for Sunday service was 24 including 7 children. 18 received Jesus Christ and confirmed commitment to being members of FIF Burundi.
Part of our team proceeded to Egypt. We seek prayers for the Francophone nations to catch up with the speed that our Father is running with in establishing the vision. Pray for church stands and musical instruments in some of these countries which will help to attract the younger generation.
Seke North - We are grateful to our Father Professor Ezekiel H. Guti who started the Riverside assembly from his residence whilst he was here in Chitungwiza, since then the assembly is ever growing from strength to strength. This week the Seke North Local mother church was highly favoured to host the EGEA Gospel Moving Team led by Evangelist Carol Guti from Friday 4th of November to Sunday the 6th of November. It was a power-packed weekend at Riverside church. We also thank God for hearing prayers for favorable weather. Attendance rose from 225 on Friday, Saturday 306 to 580 on Sunday. 89 people gave their lives to Christ. 28 were water baptized. Some notable miracles are as follows:
  • 1 person was prayed for to receive the fruit of the womb and was delivered.
  • 42 were delivered from spirits of depression and 78 were freed from anti-progress spirits.
  • 12 were set free from period pains and 16 from excessive anger.
  • 15 were delivered from palpitations and heavy shoulders.
  •  44 were delivered from familiar spirits and 11 were healed from itching ears.
  • 66 were healed from various chronic ailments.
  • A lady who had been suffering from sharp pains in her body after being prayed for on Saturday believed the power of God and she remarked saying the pain vanished totally. She managed to carry out her daily chores before coming to the church which was difficult before the miracle.
  • A lady who was deaf and dumb was delivered and vomited much after the deliverance and on her way home she started speaking and hearing for the first time.
We are thankful to the God of our Father for this unique grace that is being unfolded in our Province. We give glory to God.

Proverbs 4:23 "Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life."
Anything coming from the outside cannot defile a man. You hear people say, my heart was hurt by what they said, that shows you that everything is from the heart. When we say so and so is a bad man, it’s not the suit but the words from their heart.
Things coming from your heart defile people and cause people to be backslidden.
Our hearts must be saved so we have a sensitive spirit knowing that some words are good and some are bad. God bless you.
We love you and are praying for you,
Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
