Apostles Update Week 47

Dear Friends,

Happy 62nd Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!!

COVENANT KINGDOM ZEGU TALENTS
We give praise to the God of Ezekiel for enabling His people to work talents. At the end of October many provinces outside of Harare celebrated Talents. The greater Harare, Norton and Chitungwiza Celebrations took place this past weekend with all 14 provinces witnessing joy unspeakable as people gave testimonies of the miracles that took place as they worked talents. To top it off, the Apostles of Jesus Christ, our father and mother, Prof Ezekiel H. and Dr. Eunor addressed the whole nation over Zoom congratulating and thanking the saints for the great work done. Baba said if we obey the blessings will come and overtake us. They were so full of joy and encouraged everyone to rejoice over what they had given to the Lord. Our father prayed a blessing over the people. Glory to God!

USA
Oregon- We had a very good Thanksgiving weekend. Some of our members went out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. The remaining ones gathered at one of the believer’s homes for Thanksgiving. The dinner ended up being a church service with testimonies of the goodness of the Lord in people's lives, some even in tears. Sunday was attended by 14 people, 11 adults and 3 children. The people who were baptised a few weeks ago received their baptism certificates with joy. We need prayers for the upcoming Christmas Dinner, which is meant to be a Soul Winning strategy.

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
We thank the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti who is taking care of His church here in Trinidad. It was a miracle to see believers coming for the service this week due to heavy rains. Although we had some regular members who failed to attend because of the weather. We had a wonderful service with three visitors who came for the first time. One person gave his life to Christ, glory be to God.

GUYANA
We thank the God of our Father, Apostle Prof Ezekiel Guti for His goodness toward us here in Guyana as we continue with our weekly services and Sunday afternoon service. We have seen the power of God through the messages of our Pastors when they minister to us. We thank our Father for sending them to us a lot of people have been set free and healed during their time of ministering. God has been moving mightily in our midst. Our church is moving forward in faith by the grace of God. Continue to pray for us here in Guyana as believers are living where it is always flooding.

NEVIS
Praise be to God the of our Father Professor Ezekiel Guti for His continued grace upon us here in Nevis. We thank God for the great work done by Dr. Robert Chirima and Pastor Rati in grounding the church to be rooted in Christ. Our weekly activities continue with our Monday night prayer, Wednesday Bible study and Friday night prayer. Sunday Service was very powerful. The bible study was done by Elder Althea. The Word was shared by Elder Judy. One lady testified how God opened the door for a part-time job to help with her full-time one for her family. Another lady testified that the God we serve is real because He saved her from a terrible fall that could have been tragic. Please continue to pray for us as we continue to seek to get our own property for our Church and Mission house, that the God of our Father gives us favour. Please continue to pray for us as we continue also to pray for you.

BARBADOS

Our Sunday Independence Celebration Service was on fire with Deacon Jermaine ministering and sharing his powerful testimonies. 2 men and 1 lady accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. Many believers were encouraged and strengthened. Indeed, we were truly blessed by the word. There were 31 adults and 17 children in attendance and 10 persons on zoom. Please continue to pray for us as we pray for you.

INDIA
Gujarat - Celebrate with us FIF family! We got a new baby in the state! The God of our Father opened a door for our Pastors Bright and Rejoyce Samundombe to go to Rajkot City and open a new assembly on Wednesday 23 November 2022 at Marwadi University. The leadership structures were set up. The assembly is already up and running. Another door was opened the following day and they started a cell group at Rajkot University on the 24th of November. They set up leadership structures before leaving. The God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti is a wonder-working God. Indeed, FIF is marching on. 27 November was their first Sunday to attend as an assembly. The assembly has 21 members at this point. Back in Vadadora Assembly, Sunday service was a great success. Our pastors came back and dedicated this Sunday to teaching and setting up leadership structures and heads of departments for the smooth running of the church. We are seeing the hand of the God of Ezekiel.

New Delhi - We thank the God of our Father for His grace in the New Delhi assembly under the leadership of Pastors Sanjay and Manju Kumar working hand in glove with short-term missionaries Pastors Abel and Beverly Zhou. In the past week, a midweek Bible study fellowship was set up in the diplomatic area and a number of diplomats from various nations are excited to be a part, with others offering their homes so that the fellowship can be conducted rotationally every Wednesday. This has resulted in a steady increase in the number of diplomats attending our Sunday services. Glory to God! An outreach was also held at Sharda university this Saturday and 10 students are attending with us. We thank God for the joy and revival that is taking place in New Delhi, each Sunday we continue to witness new people joining both locals and foreign nationals.

THAILAND
We are so thankful to the God of Ezekiel for His continued faithfulness in our nation. We welcomed two new members, a deacon who relocated from South Africa and a Sister from Zimbabwe who has now made FIF her home. Our daily services continue to run smoothly with very good attendance. Last week overseers Chizeya went to one of the cities called Khonkaen to visit some of the believers. They had a wonderful time of fellowship and one lady gave her life to the Lord and has made FIF her home. During the Sunday service, we had 54 adults and 2 children attending the service and overseer Ed taught powerfully on Salvation. This week the overseers visited the believers in another city; Chantaburi. One person gave their life to the Lord and also decided to make FIF their home, glory to God. This Sunday was yet another powerful one as Overseer Ed continued the teaching on salvation and 4 people received Jesus as their personal Savior, we serve a living God. Some testimonies:
  • One lady whose sister-in-law had birth complications because the baby was breech brought her prayer request and immediately after prayer, the baby turned and was delivered normally.
  • Another lady testified how God miraculously intervened in her daughter’s student visa when initially the required documents could not be availed. God performed a miracle and the visa was granted.
  • Several people who were looking for jobs got jobs, and some without any interviews.
  • One of the deacons who had gone back home to sort out his visa, bought a ticket before the visa was approved. He was given a collection time that would make it impossible for him to catch his flight but miraculously he was allowed to collect his passport outside the usual collection time. When he arrived, he was given entry without any hassles despite other people being denied, glory to God.
Thank you for continuing to pray for us, we are seeing your prayers at work, we ask that you continue to travail for us in prayer.

MALAYSIA
We give glory to the God of our Father, Apostle Ezekiel Guti for an extraordinary week in Malaysia. Our Friday service had 14 people in attendance. Pastor Thembinkosi shared a powerful word and we concluded the service with a time of prayer, with the believers praying for restoration. The Girls of Quality (GOQ) had their prayer retreat which started on Friday night until Sunday morning at the church premise. Surely great things were witnessed and experienced during this life-changing prayer retreat. 11 girls were camping, and there were a lot of teachings from Pastor Priscilla, after which deliverance took place. The girls also had faith clinic and counseling sessions which left the girls revived and able to move according to the vision given to the Servant and Apostle of God, our Father. Surely Malaysia GOQ will never be the same. We concluded the week with a power-packed Sunday service, which had an attendance of 36 people, including 1 visitor. Some of the testimonies shared this week:
  • One of our Deacons was miraculously promoted at his workplace.
  • One girl testified that she had been healed of acid reflux during the GOQ prayer retreat.
  • 4 girls confirmed that they had heard God speak to them for the first time during the prayer retreat.
  • One of our Elders was awarded a long service award at her workplace.
After the word, 3 people were prayed for during altar call and received their healing. We give glory to the God of Ezekiel.

MAURITIUS
All glory be to the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for what He is doing in Mauritius. In the last fortnight, we had a couples 'Love Fest' online service where 18 couples logged in and powerful teachings were received by our guest speakers Drs. Tad and Gwen Mawoko. A girl’s online service was held with 18 gadgets logged in. Last week Friday we had a wonderful night of worship and those with various needs were prayed for. Attendance at our Sunday services has been ranging from 40 to 45 with 12 kids. Last Sunday we had 5 visitors and among them was one local who gave her life to Jesus on Saturday. 5 people received Jesus Christ. Thank you for continuing to pray for us.

CANADA
We want to thank the God of Ezekiel for the Canada National Tuesday Prayer held on 23 November 2022 as we welcomed Dr. La-Verne Simukai, our International Director to Canada. Women and girls from all over Canada were joined by others from the USA, UK, Jamaica, South Africa, and Zimbabwe giving a total of 172 gadgets logged in on Zoom. Girls and women testified of how Tuesday prayer has shaped their lives and miracles have happened, as they intercede for our Father and mother.
Dr. La-Verne shared on the role of Tuesday woman prayer, to intercede and stand in the gap, and that when women pray they make the church grow. There was a mighty move of the Spirit of God as she was ministering about angels that have been assigned to us and the importance of living a holy life. Women were encouraged and revived. Glory to the God of Ezekiel.

BOTSWANA
Tlokweng - Under the leadership of DP's Rabakane and Pastors Takura. We thank the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel H. Guti who enabled us to launch the Music Ministry Choirs competitions in our District. We had professional adjudicators through our senior Elder Maxwell Dzumbunu who has a track record in the Music Ministry. The church experienced the joy of the Lord and was so excited about the vision of the choirs and the saints are already looking forward to next year's competition. Four regions sang melodiously unto the Lord and were given trophies and appreciated accordingly. There were 196 believers in attendance including 7 visitors. We give glory unto Jesus Christ.

ZIMBABWE
Rimbi - We thank the God of our Father Archbishop Ezekiel Guti who has given us the grace to host a parenting weekend conference from 25 to 27 November. The Children’s Church Director Pastor Dope and Elders Mudzimiri from Mutare graced the district. Attendance ranged from 148 to 311, inclusive of children and parents. On Saturday children had a special time and there was powerful teaching on salvation that was followed by a one-on-one counseling session with all the children. A total of 75 children received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. This was followed by a deliverance session where 27 children got delivered from evil spirits of different natures. 40 children received their baptism in the Holy Spirit. Saturday night was a time for the parents with powerful teachings on how parents should relate with their children and how best we can teach our children against the impact of social media. There was great deliverance. On Sunday believers received the teaching on ODC Fund. Parents were given time to pray for their children and speak words of blessing. We pray that Rimbi District will never be the same.

Harare North - We would like to thank the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for a great weekend of talents celebration as people rejoiced in the Lord, obeying the call from our Father, Archbishop Ezekiel Guti to work talents. The speakers were Bishop R. and Z Maphosa who were sent to celebrate with us during the special weekend and also taught about the importance of working talents. The other special guest who graced the occasion was the International Go Quickly Director Dr. La-Verne Simukai who officially opened the occasion. She encouraged the congregation to celebrate what they had done to the Lord despite the figure one works as long it was done wholeheartedly. The celebrations started with an attendance of 201 and shot up to over 1500 on Sunday. Believers gave testimonies on how they had worked talents throughout the conference. Awarding of certificates was both at the provincial and national level - 35 of our believers attained this level. The function ended by listening to our Father’s message of Blessings upon those who worked Covenant Kingdom Talents joyfully together with his closing prayer. 13 Souls were added to the kingdom of God. After the closing prayer, there was cake cutting which was shared among all the believers who attended the celebrations. Glory be to the God of Ezekiel.

Waterfalls Province - We were excited as we gathered as a Province to celebrate talents. Our speakers were Apostle Joe and Pastor Nyasha Guti who delivered to us rich messages encouraging those that worked talents that we ain't seeing nothing yet. Those who did not work, must repent.
It was a jubilant moment to have the Go Quickly Ministry International Director Dr. L. Simukai, gracing our Celebrations. We caught the spirit of joy as she encouraged us to be joyful for being given an opportunity to participate in the Talents. We danced and celebrated thanking the God of Our Father for allowing us as Waterfalls Province to participate in Talents.
To top it all was the message of blessing from our Father and Mother over zoom. They reminded us that talents are a way of getting us out of poverty. Talents are a covenant that God made with our Father so that through him the children of ZAOGA FIF would be blessed by the working of talents. For those who did not participate, next time they are encouraged to do so because Talents benefit us. What a weekend it was for us as Waterfalls Province. Our hearts are bubbling with joy.

TEACHING:  PART OF BABA & AMAI'S TALENTS MESSAGE

We congratulate you on the hard-working of the covenant kingdom talents that you have worked. I believe each of you like I am, are surprised to see how God has done miracles in our lives as we were working the talents. I say congratulations to you. But I want to help somebody, maybe you saw others working and you didn’t know what they were doing or you took it as something that anyone can do, and if one doesn’t want he/she can just let it go. Let me tell you what this school of talents helps.
Gen 22:15-18 Then the Angel of the Lord called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said: “By Myself I have sworn, says the Lord, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son— blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”
If we read in the ZAOGA FIFMI history book we will see that there is a quotation of the scripture where our father the apostle and servant of God says the Lord said to me I am blessing you with great blessings so that you can bless many people and raise up the poor. Note the phrase "raise up the poor"...TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you.

We love you and are praying for you,
Apostle Drs Steve & La-Verne Simukai
