Dear Friends, Happy 62nd Anniversary ZAOGA FIFMI!! USA Oregon - We thank God for all the prayers for Baby Oregon. This weekend we saw some of the brethren and Pastors from California, Phoenix and Seattle coming to support Oregon on a Regional Christmas Dinner and Big Sunday. The Christmas Dinner was a great success and was attended by 58 people including children. Some people from the Community joined us for the first time. The function was multi-racial and was graced by the Councillor from the local West Linn Council. She committed to joining Forward in Faith. The Big Sunday was attended by 37 people despite the snow that was falling the whole night and on the Sunday. Seven deacons were appointed for the Oregon church and they are all excited. Apostle Zenas and Dr. Cathy received a call from the local Newspaper and were interviewed about Forward In Faith coming to Oregon. It’s the doing of the Lord and it's marvellous in our eyes. NEVIS All praise honor and glory to God the God of our Father Professor Ezekiel Guti for His mighty hands of blessings on Nevis. Sunday service was filled with the glorious presence of the Holy Spirit. We had one brother from Jamaica FIF visited us today. We ask for your continued prayer for us here in Nevis as we are seeking our own property for our Church and Mission house venue, that God will give us favour. Please continue to pray for us as we continue to pray for you. BARBADOS We continue to give thanks and praise to the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for an awesome week throughout all of our meetings. Many believers received their healing and deliverance from sickness and oppression during the Friday service. Our Sunday Service was awesome. There were 22 adults and 11 children in attendance and 7 persons on zoom. Please continue to pray for us as we pray for you. UNITED KINGDOM We praise and give all the glory to the God of our Father Archbishop Professor E. H. Guti for His unfailing love and faithfulness upon us as the girls in Europe. We had a powerful end-of-year service with Bishop Prisca Soko. Girls from Russia, the United Kingdom, Cyprus and Schenghen region converged on Zoom with 360 gadgets logged on for the service under the theme 'Talitha Cumi'. A powerful question and answer session was held on how to live a successful life as a girl without being swallowed by the world. It was an insightful session. Real-life testimonies were shared as to how best to deal with some common challenges faced by a girl child. We were encouraged to embrace serving God through loving one another and covering each other. Amen and Amen. CYPRUS We want to thank God for our Father and Mother Apostles Drs. Ezekiel and Eunor Guti the great missionaries of our time who have modelled a lifestyle dedicated to soul-winning. November was our month of working missions. This Sunday, 4 December we had a national big Sunday and we celebrated the faithfulness of God in allowing us to work missions in 2022. There was great joy in the house as people danced and sang receiving their certificates of appreciation. One of our assemblies; Girne had 100% participation in missions and it was celebrated with so much joy. We had daily 5 am prayers on Zoom with missions teachings and weekly missions services with many teachings on the vision and the great commission as our Father and Mother have shown us and taught us. We are still rejoicing about the faithfulness of God. This month our Pastors have also been grounding the church on quality standards and chain of multiplication where every department had a seminar. In the month of November, we have had 5 people in total receiving Jesus Christ and 1 person deciding to make Forward in Faith their spiritual home, and a total of 5 baptised in water. Thank you for praying for us. UGANDA We are so grateful to the God of our Father Apostle Ezekiel Guti for the great work He is doing through our short-term missionaries DPs G and C Tunha, and Evangelist T and M Maugara. Over the past month, we have had leadership and departmental training as well as the election of boards. Ladies' Tuesday prayers and meetings are on a high note as we are witnessing ladies coming in big numbers to attend and giving testimonies of what the Lord is doing in their lives through the teachings they are receiving from our female pastors in all the 3 regions. Couples fellowships are renewing the intimacy between husbands and wives. We also had a family day in Kampala with games and teachings on how to live as Christian families. At a 3-day open-air crusade in Kajoko village, over 10 people received Jesus Christ and many were delivered from sicknesses and demonic attacks. There was a great move of God's presence during our last all-night prayers in both Kampala and Kibuku, many people were delivered from infirmities. Our mid-week services are running well with good attendance. Even during home visitations, some believers received their deliverance from demons in their homes. Uganda has not remained the same, we give glory to the God of our Father. Please continue praying with us as we are preparing for a mega revival at Kibuku assembly this weekend. KENYA Praise be to the God of our Father Professor Ezekiel Guti for His continued grace upon us here in Kenya. We thank God for a successful National Leadership conference held from the 2nd – the 4th of December 2022. Our guests, Bishop L. Mpanduki and Pastor D. Marambire were mightily used by God in delivering powerful, transformational teachings. We also had a moment of celebrating those who were obedient to the working of talents as we were working towards our provincial centers. Above all we thank God for the great deliverance ministered to the church and one person who gave his life to Christ. Our weekly programs are still going on well and surely we are in our season of revival. We appreciate all the prayers you continuously offer unto God on our behalf. ZIMBABWE We thank God for a successful National Music Conference held at Ezekiel Guti Convention Centre over the weekend from 2-4 December. We thank God for a powerful Conference that drew around 1000 participants from 38 Provinces. Various teams from the provinces showcased and ministered during the event. Saturday night was alight with a concert where artists from our Church performed and showcased their talent. We had powerful speakers who delivered teachings. It was a joyous moment on Sunday as we were graced by our Father and our Mother, the Servants and Apostles of Jesus Christ Professor E. H. Guti and Dr. Eunor Guti together with the NEC Apostle Dr. Joe Guti. Dr. Eunor reminded us of the importance of always preparing ourselves during the week for us to be able to minister to people on Sunday. Baba began by calling sinners to repent and 9 people gave their lives to Christ. He emphasized that there is a great need for new and refreshing songs for us to attract new people. We need to modernize our worship to suit international standards. Worshipers need to have a personal relationship with God and need to prepare seriously every time they want to minister. The purpose of praise and worship is to bring the presence of God not just enjoy ourselves in dance. Choirs and Tambourines are important because they attract sinners. Pastors and elders need to give praise and worship and music enough time in every service in order to attract new people. Indeed it was a great conference. This week:
TEACHING: PART OF BABA & AMAI'S TALENTS MESSAGE We read again in the History book that when he was in America in Dallas and the white man came and wanted to give him some money and buses if only he works under him. When he went to pray the Lord God said to him you can go under that man but I will take away my anointing but if you remain under me I will bless you and I will give you a lot of money. He said I am your money go back to your country go and teach My people how to give, to tithe, how to work talents and I will bless them and bless My work. This shows us that this was the covenant that God was making with our father...TO BE CONTINUED. God bless you. |
