Lesotho
Forward in Faith Ministries International in Lesotho was established in October 1996, when the first EGEA crusade touched the country. This great work started as a meeting in a rented hall called A.M.E in Maseru, with the first missionaries who served from 1996 to 2001. The country has ten political districts, and the church is located in the capital city of Maseru (Matimoposo, Hatsautse, Hatsolo, Khubetsoana). There are now five satellite churches in Leribe, Rote and Thabatseka made of professionals from across the country. Prayers are needed for breakthrough to the mountain villages and other surrounding areas. The 2008 Talents project was also an incredible success. The believers worked diligently and in unity with FIFMI nations worldwide to raise funds for the new hospital and university in Zimbabwe, as well as local funding for the church in Lesotho. Warm Greetings from the Kingdom in the Sky!
FIFMI Lesotho continues to grow and expand the vision through ministries and various projects. A new auditorium is under construction with a seating capacity of 350 people and in January 2009 work had reached roof level.
